Since 1982, Back Creek Kennel has been producing quality retrievers for waterfowlers and upland game enthusiasts.  Whether you are looking for a quality field bred puppy, a started level retriever, or just need training for your own personal hunting companion, Back Creek offers both quality retrievers as well as basic gun dog training that will get your hunting retriever ready for the field and marshes.  

In addition to the training program for the field dog, Back Creek offers a strong obedience and good citizen program for the family dog whose manners may not be what they should be.   When enrolling your family dog in the obedience program, both the dog and his or her owner(s) are included in the training process.

Back Creek puppies are produced from females who hunt - not from a brood female that spends her life laying around in a kennel. As you can see from the photos throughout this web site, Back Creek females spend their hunting seasons in the field doing what they do best!
